You can increase the protagonist's size by consuming various items like enemies, food, and other objects. As the protagonist grows larger, their physical attacks become more powerful, but they also become a bigger target and are more vulnerable to certain attacks. Managing the protagonist's size and "fullness" meter is a key part of the gameplay loop.
The game blends platforming and beat-em-up style combat. The protagonist can jump, double jump, and perform ground pounds to traverse the levels. The platforming requires precision, as there are many hazards and enemies to avoid. In combat, the protagonist has a basic punch combo that can defeat foes. Certain enemy types are more vulnerable to the protagonist's larger size, allowing them to squash or body slam them. The protagonist can also unlock special abilities like fireballs to aid in combat.

These bosses have their own patterns and attack styles that players must learn to overcome. Defeating bosses often requires using the protagonist's size and other mechanics in creative ways, adding an extra layer of challenge and satisfaction.
