The on-rails shooter gameplay requires players to precisely aim their targeting reticle at the girls' vulnerable body parts to land successful pheromone shots. Hitting these weak points causes the girls to collapse in ecstasy. Players can also activate a "Doki Doki Mode" power-up, which lets them directly stimulate up to three girls on the screen for an even more extreme reaction. The automated movement allows players to focus entirely on aiming and shooting.
