❤ Gameplay Overview

As an aspiring surgeon named Allison Heart, players take on the role of a medical intern working at the Little Creek Hospital. The gameplay revolves around completing various tasks and mini-games across the hospital's different departments in order to treat patients and advance the story.

❤ Hospital Departments

Players begin in the Ward, where they must tend to 10 levels of increasingly complex tasks and time management challenges. After finishing the Ward, they rotate through other departments like the Pharmacy and Surgery, each with their own set of 10 levels to complete. The gameplay and challenges evolve with each new department, keeping the experience fresh.

❤ Time Management Challenges

The core gameplay loop requires players to quickly assist patients who enter the department and take a seat in the waiting area. Hovering over each patient is an icon indicating the treatment they need. Players must rapidly usher patients to the appropriate station, complete any required mini-games (such as applying cream, stitching wounds, or setting bones), and then send them to the checkout before their patience runs out. Carefully prioritizing the most urgent cases is crucial to earning high scores.

❤ Mini-Games

Interspersed between the time management challenges are a variety of interactive mini-games that players must complete to properly treat patients. These range from simple drag-and-drop tasks to more involved procedures like stitching wounds or setting broken bones. These mini-games provide a welcomed change of pace, while also testing players' dexterity and problem-solving skills.

❤ Upgrades and Challenges

As players progress, they can use the currency earned from successfully treating patients to upgrade equipment and stations within each department. This allows them to improve the efficiency of their workflows. The game also presents optional challenges on each level, such as maintaining full patient satisfaction or catching a mischievous hospital guinea pig. Completing these challenges earns additional rewards.
