❤ Gladiator Management Simulation

As the new owner of a team of fighting slaves, you must oversee the training and development of your gladiators. Start with a couple of fledgling fighters and a dilapidated estate, then gradually expand your roster of 18 unique combatants, each with their own backstories and personalities.

❤ Gladiator Roster and Progression

Recruit additional slaves from the regular dock shipments, up to a maximum of 4 fighters on your roster at a time. Upgrade their equipment, from basic weapons and armor to powerful halberds and full plate, and hire specialized staff like trainers, doctors, and cooks to support your gladiators.

❤ Arena Combat and Tournaments

The core gameplay loop revolves around participating in tournaments held across 12 distinct arenas. Each tournament has 3 matches, and you choose which of your gladiators to field for each round. The combat automatically resolves based on your fighters' stats and equipment, with 6 different gladiator classes offering unique strengths, weaknesses, and special abilities.

❤ Estate Management and Progression

Winning tournaments allows you to progress towards the prestigious Royal Arena in the capital city, where the final championship takes place. Carefully manage your estate finances between events, upgrading facilities and generating enough income from prize winnings to cover the weekly taxes demanded by the king. Mismanage your funds and you risk going bankrupt and losing your gladiators. As your reputation grows, you can also engage with the realm's political intrigue, making choices that affect the balance of power in the Crownlands.
