Players Like...

❤ Controlling the Ancient Monster

As the player, you take on the role of an ancient, powerful monster tasked with eliminating a team of archaeologists who have invaded your underground lair. You can control the monster's movement by clicking on the solid rock and walls of the environment, causing it to emerge and follow your cursor.

❤ Navigating the Caverns

However, the monster cannot simply cross open gaps or areas not made of solid rock. To overcome this limitation, you can possess boulders and rock formations scattered throughout the levels. By clicking to move these objects, you can bridge gaps and access new areas.

❤ Eliminating the Archaeologists

You have several ways to dispose of the trespassing archaeologists: 1. **Devouring**: If an archaeologist is standing directly on the rock or wall you're inhabiting, you can click near them to have the monster quickly devour the unfortunate explorer. 2. **Crushing**: By possessing and repositioning boulders, you can make them fall and crush any archaeologists standing below. 3. **Scaring**: Sometimes the archaeologists cannot be reached directly. In these cases, you can scare them, causing the panicked researchers to run off cliffs or other deadly drop-offs.

❤ Solving Environmental Puzzles

Each level presents a unique challenge that requires you to strategically move boulders, time the monster's movements, and utilize the level geometry to eliminate all the archaeologists. As you progress, the puzzles grow more complex with the introduction of new mechanics like teleportation devices.

❤ Uncovering the Narrative

Completing levels unlocks new areas on a non-linear map, and you'll also uncover journal entries and notes that gradually reveal the backstories and motivations of both the monster and the archaeological team, adding an engaging narrative layer to the gameplay.
