❤ Objective and Mechanics

The objective is to logically deduce which hexagonal cells on the board are "blue" (representing mines) and which are "empty" by using numerical clues provided on the cells and grid lines. Players accomplish this by right-clicking to reveal cell contents and left-clicking to mark blue cells. Unlike similar games, this title features no randomness or guessing - all puzzles have a single, logical solution.

❤ New Challenges

The sequel introduces several new gameplay mechanics that increase the challenge and depth. Some blue cells now display a number, indicating the number of blue cells within a two-cell radius. Additionally, question mark cells have an unknown number of blue cells surrounding them, forcing players to logically deduce the possibilities. These new elements, combined with puzzles that ramp up in complexity much more quickly than the original, require players to hone their advanced deductive reasoning skills.

❤ Player Experiences

Reviewers widely praise the increased challenge, noting that the later puzzles truly test one's logic and problem-solving abilities. Many highlight the satisfying "aha!" moments when finally deducing the solution to a particularly tricky puzzle, as well as the sense of accomplishment from completing all 36 new challenges. The ambient, relaxing soundtrack and minimalist visual style are also cited as contributing to the overall positive gameplay experience.

❤ Comparison to Original

While experienced players recommend this sequel for its greater challenge, many advise starting with the original before tackling the more difficult puzzles here. Whereas the first installment was relatively easy, this title represents a significant increase in complexity, truly pushing players to the limits of their logic skills without resorting to guesswork.
